Business-to-Business Disclaimer

Fast Fitness Logistics trades strictly on a Business to Business (B2B) basis. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of business and not as a consumer. We are under the impression that all purchases are made by businesses, and therefore UK consumer protection laws such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply.

B2B sales are governed primarily by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and common contract law. Businesses do not have automatic cancellation or refund rights, unlike consumers. As such, Fast Fitness Logistics sets its own returns and restocking policy, as detailed below.

Formation of Contract

No contract will exist between you and Fast Fitness Logistics for the sale of any product unless and until Fast Fitness Logistics accepts your order by email confirming that it has shipped your product. That acceptance shall be deemed complete and effective at the time Fast Fitness Logistics sends the email (whether or not you receive it).

Returns, Cancellations & Restocking Fees

To cancel a contract or request a return, you must notify us in writing by email at jimmy@flogi.co.uk, quoting your order number and reason for return. All returns must be sent to the following address:

Fast Fitness Logistics
61 Central Ave
Molesey
West Molesey
KT8 2QZ
United Kingdom

  • Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorisation.

  • Goods must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, a restocking fee of 15% of the invoiced value will apply to all returns.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Governing Law

For the avoidance of doubt, any contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in England and shall be governed by English law. Both you and Fast Fitness Logistics irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Product Information & Liability

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information, product specifications and prices may change from time to time, and Fast Fitness Logistics cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies on this website. Please read all product instructions carefully prior to use.

Payment Security

If your card is used fraudulently for a distance purchase, you may cancel the payment and the card issuer must refund you under applicable card scheme rules. Please notify your card issuer immediately if you discover fraudulent use or theft.

Statutory Rights (B2B)

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994), business customers may be entitled to a remedy where goods sold are faulty, not as described, or where the seller had no legal right to sell them. These rights cannot be excluded.

However, consumer-specific protections do not apply, as Fast Fitness Logistics only sells B2B.
